A Six Sigma Black Belt in Lean Manufacturing, he rose to Executive Leader and Director of Manufacturing & Operations at Tower Tech Inc., where he helped launch the company’s Rental Division. Today, as Owner and President of HiTech Quality Solutions USA and EAA BlueStones Ghana, Edward continues to drive innovation and deliver results for clients worldwide.

FIELD & TECHNICAL MANAGER

Cecil has over 12 years of experience in the cooling tower industry and has been a pioneer member of HiTech Quality Solutions since its founding in 2019. He oversees all field technicians and is responsible for ensuring safety and quality standards across every project.
